Day 1: Paro Arrival

Upon landing at Paro International Airport, anticipate a breathtaking mountain flight offering dynamic views of the world's highest peaks. After customs, your local guide will warmly greet you. Following lunch, your afternoon will be spent discovering Paro, including a visit to the Ta Dzong Museum and the Rimpong Dzong. The day concludes with your accommodation at a comfortable hotel.

Day 2: Tiger’s Nest Trek

Start the day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a trek to Taktsang Monastery, famously known as Tiger's Nest. The uphill hike takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, providing stunning views of the Paro valley. Alternatively, horse rides to the cafeteria are available. After witnessing the breathtaking Taktsang Monastery, the afternoon takes you to the restored Drukgyel Dzong. Return to Paro for further exploration and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Paro to Gur

After breakfast, embark on a drive to Genekha village (2800m) to commence your trek. Ascend steadily through oak forests, reaching a rocky platform before continuing through birch and bamboo forests to your campsite at Gur (3350m), where you'll spend the night beneath the Bhutanese sky.

Day 4: Gur to Wataching

Ascend from Gur to the alpine zone, passing potential campsites like Gibze Kebze (3710m). Trek across rhododendron-adorned hills to the Pagalabsta La Pass (4170m) for panoramic views. Descend to Wataching (4100m) for the night at a stone yak herders' hut.

Day 5: Wataching to Labatama

Depart from Labatama, crossing the Labajong La Pass at 4400 meters. Take a detour for an exceptional viewpoint near the pass before reaching your chosen campsite, surrounded by serene wilderness.

Day 6: Labatama to Talakha to Thimphu

Start early, enjoying enchanting views of Himalayan peaks. Traverse rhododendron forests to Chole La Pass (4100m), then descend to Kiwi Chowa (4030m) before ascending to Talakha Peak (4300m). Descend to Talakha Monastery and drive to Thimphu for an overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 7: Thimphu Sightseeing

Explore Thimphu with visits to the National Memorial Chorten, Changangkha Temple, Zilukha Nunnery, School for Arts and Crafts, National Library, Traditional Paper Factory, Folk Heritage Museum, and Takin nursing pen. Optionally, visit Tashichhodzong or Thimphu Market. Spend the evening at leisure.

Day 8: Thimphu to Punakha

Journey to Punakha, stopping at Dochula Pass for panoramic views. Visit the Punakha Dzong and embark on hikes to Khamsum Yuley Namgyel Chorten and Chimi Lhakhang. Stay overnight in a comfortable hotel.

Day 9: Punakha to Paro

Return to Paro, visiting a traditional Bhutanese farmhouse on the way. Explore Kyichu Lhakhang and enjoy free time in Paro. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 10: Departure from Paro

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure.
